About the Artist
Hello this is Dreya aka DreyAnimayter!They aspire to be a 2D animator who offers other services such as graphic illustration and character design. Their works leans towards hand drawn art for both traditional and digital. They love to explore different mediums related to animation like animatics and storyboards.They can adopt to different art styles and all of their works are hand drawn. Their proficient applications are Adobe Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, and Toon Boom Harmony.

Terms & Conditions
- I have the right to accept or decline the commission after the discussion of details of the project.- The artwork is usually done within 5-14 days. I will set or the client shall set a deadline within the given amount of days stated.- If anything happens like emergencies, I will immediately contact the client.- Please provide reference images, compile them in our chat box, folder, or written. Information that the client should prepare before hand in their request are the following:
> Reference Images
> Pose/Expression (If Applicable)
> Character Descriptions
> Additional Notes- I will be sending sketches, color palette, background sketch (if included) and the revisions can be done up to 3 times for free, exceeding revisions will have fees. I will also ask for the client’s final approval so that all requested revisions are implemented well.- Once the commissioner approves, exceeding major changes will not be allowed. For example:
> Change in Composition
> Character Redesign
> Color Palette Overhaul- I have the rights over the final artwork, I can claim it as my work, include it to my portfolio, post it in my online profiles/pages, added in commission sheets etc. I will ask the client if they want to be mentioned or not once I will post my artwork on my social media pages.- The commissioner must put proper credits once they will post it on any social media pages and must not claim that the artwork is theirs.- The artwork is for personal use only. Reproduction of the artwork without proper permission or any evidence that the artwork was used for commercial purposes will be in violation of Republic Act No. 8293 or the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines stating, The artist retains all rights to the artwork(s).
Payment:
- Mode of Payment: Gcash (for PH clients) & PayPal (for International Clients)- For International Clients, Paypal fees and conversion fees will be shouldered by the client.- I will send my clients a professional invoice including Down Payment Amount, Payment Method, and Due Date. It will serve as Proof of Payment.- I will only start the commission once I receive 50% Down Payment or Full Payment.- Once the commission is done, the client must pay the remaining 50%.- I can give Partial and/or Full Refunds depending on the commission’s status.
Partial Refunds:
I can offer it based on the progress of an artwork.
> 75% refund if the thumbnails are made
> 50% refund if the rough sketches are made
If the commission is either Flat Colors or Full Render:
> 25% refund if lineart are made
> 5% refund if flat colors are made
(Clients can request partial refund before I reach a certain stage)
- If I fail to meet the agreed-upon deadline for a commission, I will offer partial refund to compensate for the delay.Full Refunds:
- I can offer it as long as no substantial work has been done within 24 - 48 hours after payment.- If the client makes me uncomfortable, I will cancel the commission. If there is progress already made, I will not continue the artwork and will not give a refund.
Discounts:
- VIP Client: 20% off = only applied if the client commissioned 10 and above artworks- Loyal Client: 15% off = only applied if the client commissioned 3-5 artworks from me.- Client Referral: 10% off = only applied if my loyal client recommends me for commission.
By Commissioning me, you are agreeing that you have read my Terms and Conditions stated above. If the Terms and Conditions are not properly followed, I have the right to decline the Commission.
